At Argalon Education & Training Foundation, we are committed to achieving sustainable development goal #4 by fostering inclusive and equitable quality education. Our dedication goes beyond teaching, as we actively create platforms for short- and long-term skill development and employment. Our initiatives aim to encourage lifelong learning and support self-reliance through meaningful education and training opportunities.

We are a Section 8 company for Social welfare activities, educational activities in all its branches particularly schools including Nursery, Elementary, Middle, Secondary, and Higher Secondary Schools, to provide educational support to poor students or economically weaker section peoples in rural or urban sectors, and to provide educational support to poor students belongs to economically disadvantaged, child labourers, disabled, orphans, semi orphans, supporting youth and women empowerment by conducting skill development programmes, sponsoring their education and supporting women entrepreneurs startups, and provide vocational/ skill development trainings for sustainable livelihoods.

1. AETF’s Flagship Programme – EduSkilled 01
Fostering Quality Education and Holistic Development of Children After School Education (ASE) is an education Centre for equipping poor and vulnerable children and is a Hub for holistic development of students. It provides:
A. Academic Support 
  • Homework Help: Provide individualized support for students to complete homework and projects.
  • Tutoring: Offer one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to reinforce concepts and improve understanding.
  • Academic Enrichment: Organize activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
B. Enrichment Activities
  • Arts and Crafts: Offer classes in music, dance, art, or other creative pursuits to foster students' talents.
  • STEM Programs: Provide hands-on experiences with science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts.
  • Sports and Fitness: Organize sports, games, or fitness activities to promote physical well-being and teamwork. Especially, Oasis Football for Life (FFL) programme.
C. Life Skills Development 
  • Leadership Development: Teach leadership skills, such as communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
  • Time Management: Help students develop effective time management skills to balance academics and extracurricular activities.
  • Character Building: Foster values in 9 Habits through workshops, group works and discussions.
  • Advancement in IT: Equipping in basic IT skills & AI
  • Advancement in Spoken English & Grammer: Teaching communication skills with emphasis on spoken English and grammar.

  • Communication: Keep parents informed about their child's progress and involve them in decision-making processes. Create WhatsApp group for communication and activities updates.
F. Technology Integration 
  • Digital Literacy: Teach students essential digital skills, such as coding, online safety, and digital citizenship.
  • Online Resources: Utilize online resources, such as educational websites, apps, or platforms, to supplement learning.
  • Virtual Field Trips: Organize virtual field trips to explore places, museums, or historical sites, enhancing students' learning experiences.
G. Evaluation and Feedback 
  • Regular Assessments: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Establish a feedback mechanism to gather input from students, parents, and teachers, informing program development.

Empowering less privilege individuals and groups through Community College.
Argalon provides a platform for individuals to skill up for employability and upgrade their qualification for better opportunities in the job market and self - employment. Community College is an informal education and vocational skill development programme institution for school drop – out and a coaching centre for person desiring to continue their education through NIOS, IGNOU and other recognised institutions.

Integration of scientific methodologies in farming is crucial and shifting from marginal farming to commercial farming is crucial too for sustainable farming as a source of livelihood for the farming communities. Argalon is committed to educating and training the farmers in new technologies and scientific farming towards food security and self-reliance.
